Spring ISSTs day two round-up

ASL beats St. Johns (STJ) 2-1.

ASL beats TASIS 5-2. ASL will play ACS Cobham (COB) in the final tomorrow at 11:30 AM BST at Canons Park.

Softball – Frankfurt International School

ASL beats ACS Cobham (COB) 18-3.

ASL loses 6-2 to the American School of Paris (ASP). ASL will play ACS Cobham (COB) for third place tomorrow at 10:00 AM BST. To watch the third place game tomorrow, click here.

Golf – Vienna International School

ASL golf finishes tied in fourth place with TASIS, five points behind eventual winners ACS Cobham (COB).

Tennis – The American Community School in Athens

Both mixed doubles teams are through to the finals and will play each other for gold. Both girls doubles teams are also through to the finals and will play each other for gold. Boys doubles 2 will play St. Johns in the finals for gold. Boys singles will face St. Johns in the finals. Boys doubles 1 will be playing for bronze.

Track and Field – Munich International School

Ryan Nealis (’17) wins silver in the 400 meter dash event, the 800 meter dash event, and in the 4×4 relay event.

Jake Fallin (’14) wins gold in the long jump event, and gold in the 100 meter dash event.

Peter Skow (’14) wins gold in the 800 meter dash event.

Kate Kennedy (’14) wins gold in the 400 meter hurdles event, and the 100 meter hurdles event.

Kjersti Anderson (’15) wins silver in the 400 meter hurdles event, and bronze in the 100 meter hurdles event.

Girls varsity wins gold in the 4×1 relay event, and gold in the 4×4 relay event.

Boys varsity wins silver in the 4×4 relay event, and bronze in the 4×1 relay event.

JV boys win silver in the 4×4 relay event.

Tyler Skow (’17) wins silver in the 100 meter hurdles event, and bronze in the 400 meter dash event.

Emma Abele (’16) wins gold in the 3000 meter dash event.

Phoebe Merrick (’15) wins silver in the 100 meter dash event.

Overall, jv boys place third, jv girls place eleventh, varsity boys place third, and varsity girls place first.
