Ruby Rogers (‘26) is the Features Editor: Print of The Standard. Wielding her love of storytelling, connecting with people and expressing her opinions, she discovered her passion for journalism when she joined The Standard in Grade 9. Outside of journalism, Ruby dedicates her time to community action, creative writing, feminist literature and debate.

Guston was willing to ask the uncomfortable questions, probing themes of evil and accountability, in a greater stride for societal justice. Assistant Principal Natalie Jaworski sits in her office reading “History in the Making” by Kyle Ward, which she said was her favorite book to teach when taught in the social studies department. Jaworski has been the Assistant Principal for four years and has recently begun sitting in on classes every Tuesday to gauge the student expeience. “I really love being able to see the pedagogy of the teachers and the experience that the students have, just getting to be in the classroom,” Jaworski said.
