In print, “French gender-neutral pronoun prompts debate surrounding representation” included an error. World Languages and Cultures Teacher Patrick Marinucci was paraphrased as having said that there was a debate within the French language surrounding the creation of feminine alternatives to the word, “jobs.” This was paraphrased incorrectly. In actuality, Mr. Marinucci said there was a debate within the French language surrounding the creation of feminine alternatives to job titles. The correction has been made in the PDF version online (found above).
